How to Get Your Strava Data

Step 1: Request your data from Strava
1. Log in to Strava.com (desktop browser) 2. Settings → My Account 3. Scroll to "Download or Delete Your Account" 4. Click "Request Your Archive" 5. Wait for email (usually 1-4 hours) Step 2: Download and extract the .zip file from the email Step 3: Upload the two required files below ⬇️
